1, What is the timing of eating fruits?
Breakfast, or before a meal, or eating between meals is the best!
It can achieve the greatest benefits that you eat fruit for breakfast, or an hour before lunch, dinner, or the interval between meals. Because the Fruit nutrients are mostly water-soluble , and easily absorbed, so the Fruit nutrients that you have eat , will be digested and absorbed quickly in the stomach. But if you eat fruits after a meal, because there are other foods waiting to digest inside the stomach , fruits have to lined up behind the others to wait its turn. The nutrients can not easily absorbed, and also likely to cause confusion in digestive function. There is another benefit that eating fruits before meals, because the same amount of fruits have low calories than other foods, so it will make the stomach feel full if you eating fruits before meals, and it will reduce intake of calories from other foods. It is very helpful to the people who wants to lose weight.
Note that:
Some fruits should not be eat on an empty stomach, like tomatoes, persimmons, bananas, oranges, sugar canes, lychees, etc., because some special ingredients that may cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
2. How many fruits should you eat a day?
Eat at least more than two portions of fruit and vegetables.

In the selection of fruits, try to choose different types and colors of fruits(different colors represent different nutrients contained), so that you can intake of different nutrients!
