The Relationship between sleep and skin care

Many female know the importance of sleeping for women,  what could happen if you often keep up late? Today, I will talk about the role of sleeping on skin care.


   The metabolism of skin is carried out at night。Sleeping can adjust the body and mind, and make the skin glossy and elastic. People works during the day, when they fall in to sleep at night, the skin still work hard. The skin has a regular work pace, the skin eliminate waste at the daytime, by night, it began to supplement nutrition and repair self to ensure the normal skin cells.


   Under normal circumstances, the most exuberant  time  of the metabolism of skin is at 10 pm to 4 am. So keep early hours not only eliminate body fatigue,also can make spirit happy, and make the skin more strong and handsome. But stay up late will be bad for the skin health. Drink coffee or smoke at night is the enemy of beauty, too.Because it will make people excited, leading to lack of sleep. When the lack of sleep, parasympathetic withdrawal, inhibits gastrointestinal motility and blood circulation, thus making the skin rough. Therefore,generally think that the most appropriate time of sleep is eight hours every day. Completely relax sleep can also achieve the goal that skin have a rest. So that beautify skin, to achieve the purpose of beauty care.


  In addition, the latest research shows, the real skincare methods that can reduce or eliminate facial wrinkles,is not by a wide variety of cosmetics, but the correct sleep posture. As long as we sleep on our back, not sleep on our side, facial wrinkles will gradually disappear. The effect will be good if you don't sleep with a pillow. Because when a person sleeping on his back, the facial muscles were relaxed. And when sleeping sideways or tummy,  facial skin will be pulled or tightened. If the pillow is too high, the head will fall, over time there will be double chin.
